11/10 Inspection Program

  • After we install your roof, we do a thorough workmanship inspection ensuring every detail is covered.
  • We then do 10 FREE annual roof inspections. With the initial inspection after the project is complete, that’s 11 inspections over 10 years. On these yearly inspections, we do product inspections and routine maintenance.
  • Having an expert look at your roof every year is necessary due to the harsh temperature swings in Wisconsin combined with possible wind or pest damage that may have occurred.
  • We contact you each year before we come out to inspect your roof. No work for you, no calls to make. No wondering if the roof is still okay. Worry-Free!

TriCounty Contracting is an absolute blessing of a company! From start to finish their passion for their work and care for their customers shone bright. Jeff, our sales person was knowledgeable and patient with us while we decided on the scope of work to be done. (The colour we ended up choosing for siding is Scottish Thistle) Jesse, our project manager was consistently communicative and assured us every step of the way- answering any questions and ensuring quality down to the details. Our window crew was great and did impeccable cleanup, inside and out after install. I loved our siding crew so much, I missed them after having Christian and Joel around daily for a bit. Our tear off was terribly messy, being old wood and aluminum but they handled it all and quelled my anxiety by always answering my questions about process and such. I was impressed with their work ethic and Christian is a true craftsman making it all look beautiful and come together perfectly. Our door install went smoothly and finally Caleb and the gutter crew did a quick and quality job fitting our home with the finishing touch of new gutters and downspouts. All around praise to the company as a whole and each individual we worked with for their professionalism and integrity. I am glad we trusted them with our home, the results are stunning. We had a roof installed yesterday.  Tri County was very helpful and accomdating as our insurance company cancelled us as we had a 3 tab roof.  Tri County fit us in fast and did an excellent job.  The crew that did the work were efficient and did an excellent job  cleaning up.  My husband said he never had roofers who were so detailed on the cleanup. I noticed three spots in my living room where there was water damage on the ceiling. I called Luke at Tri-County Contracting and asked if they could please make it out before I left for Florida. He made it a point to come out and take care of everything; replacing numerous shingles on the roof in a number of areas, caulked around the chimney, and even gave me a referral for a chimney repair company. I would highly recommend Luke and his company for all of your roofing needs and more. He’s even going to use his ladder to take down my Christmas wreath hanging from the apex of my garage. The turnaround from signing the contract to scheduling was very fast and the workers were extremely quick the day of install. The sales person was also really helpful at the showroom in picking out a shingle color. We also had our gutters replaced which look great now. No mess and a quick job.
